Hey all!

This seems very ridiculous and easy but I just can't figure it out. For years whenever I highlighted a file in Windows Explorer, all the relevant information would pop up at the bottom of the screen (file size, dimensions, type of file etc...). There was a power outage, pc was a bit wonky, ran file checker a few times, fixed a few issues and then I noticed that Explorer was acting funny. Even when I activate the preview pane it just shows a picture, no details at all.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I think I found the answer, when I use my "pinned to taskbar shortcut" - the Organize option wanted is not there. When I use the icon dedicated to Explorer.exe -- there is an Organize tab on the left side. Click on it, you will see a Layout tab, click on it, you will see another sub-menu, Details Pane is the click you want to make.
