You have no default gateway (which will be your router) It should read 192.168.1.1 for example.

1)Reset the router to factory defaults

2)Update the router firmware

How is your Network configuration?
I mean, is your PC connect directly to router? Or connect via Local Area Network?
If your router have DHCP enable, then you should setting the IP to "obtain IP address automatically"

Hmm can you ping to the router?
What router that you used?
You may find firmware update at the manufacture's website.

All I see here is a couple of DNS server addresses from Ireland near the Limerick area. If you have a router it's not assigning you any type of LAN IP address at all. It looks like it's just a modem with no router, therefore no default gateway is coming from the router at all.

If you know the default gateway of your router you might try typing it into your IPv4 properties for the default gateway. If there is a router you will need to update the firmware.

The link below shows you where to type in the default gateway but you will need the exact default gateway of your router first.

Hi,
unfortunately I don't know the exact default gateway,
and yes I have already tried to set manually a static IP but didn't work.
Regarding the trouble shooter no solution given from it.
I hope that upgrading the firmware of my router can be my solution
I just need to to check the model and download the software to install on my pc.

I'll keep all of you informed about it...

Thanks for your help
