No internet access through LAN

Please i need help on how to connect to the internet when connected to the LAN. while the system connects to the LAN it however has no internet access. the other system running on windows Xp however are able to browse the internet successfully. pls find screen shot attached

Hello Wakbul, Welcome to SevenForums.

Are you using LAN to connect to internet at your workplace?
You might have to change the proxy settings, this would be provided by your officials.

For internet access through firewalls you might also need a client to log-in into your session.
