When you installed 7, did you do an upgrade or a clean install.

Upgrading to Windows 7: frequently asked questions

After you've done one or the other you need to find the windows 7 drivers for all your hardware. Generally speaking it can all be found on the mobo's website if this is a custom build. If a retail machine then go to that makers support/downloads page and download the drivers there. You'll need the chipset driver which generally contains the LAN driver.

Welcome to the 7 Forums, ilhom123.

Did you run the Windows 7 Upgrade Adviser before installing W 7? Please upload its report.

You have filled the system specs very nicely but Network Adapter information for Ethernet and Wi-Fi is missing. Kindly provide that too. Also are the Network Adapters shown as properly installed in the Device Manager?

It is not clear what you mean by having no programs. What programs did you install after W 7 that do not show in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and not as you have stated in Start->Control Panel-> Uninstall Programs?

In the meantime please send a screen-shot of your devise manager (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System, Left Panel on top).

You must have not installed nic/lan driver for window seven. This driver comes with the cd kit you got with your motherboard. . .
And the control panel problem is becouse u have installed new window7. You have to install all the program by yourself if you install a new window. . .hope this will help

You'll have to go to Lenovo's site to download the NIC driver for your machine, copy to USB or other media and install it on your Lenovo to provide internet access:

Lenovo Support - Home (US)?

I don't know how your going about installing these different versions of Windows (legally?), but you should be aware that Windows doesn't include "full-blown" programs with the install. Those are added afterwards. Any "full-blown" programs that you had on your original install would be gone due to the installs you've done. You have to have the installers on other media (or download links) in order to reinstall them after your Windows OS install. You'll need have the product keys for the programs that require it.

If you are looking for programs that were previously installed with the original operating system. They are gone and you will have to reinstall them. If you have files you wish to recover look for a Windows.old folder. With all the reinstalls you've done though it wouldn't surprise me if there is no Windows.old folder. As mentioned, no Internet is likely because Windows 7 didn't have the required drivers in its driver store for your network devices. Also as mentioned, you'll have to download them on another PC and transfer them on removable media. Once you get your Internet working you can download any other needed drivers directly to that PC.
