Solved No minidump folder created after BSOD

On my pc, I received a BSOD and it automatically created a minidump folder (C:\windows\minidump) and I was able to resolve the issue reading the dump files. My co-worker got a BSOD but no minidump folder was created, therefore there are no dump files for me to look at to help resolve the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue without having the dump files? This is my first-ever post, any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Without having the dump files it's pretty difficult to diagnose the STOP. It could be worth checking this tutorial though in the event of future crashes. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Make sure the creation of dump files is enabled. This is in the advanced system properties, "startup and recovery" section. There most also be a sufficiently large pagefile on the system drive. A system managed pagefile is generally more than enough.
