Solved no more synchronisation center available after thinkvantage updates

Dear all,

just updated my Lenovo X1 from work (win7pro) with the thinkvantage updates.

Before the updates I was able to select which network folder to keep available out-of-connection via the synchronisation center.

Now this feature is no more available after the updates.

Where can I set this up again?
