Solved No mouse over image!?!?!

When I mouse over my toolbar at the bottom of the screen my preview doesn't pop up its just
links/words.....I am running a custom made computer with windows ultimate 64 I have a athlon ii x3 450 CPU and 4gb of ram (Pny) my CPU has been upgraded to a athlon ii x4 b50 (Asus core unlocked) thanks in advanced for any help

It fixed it self idk how I installed a graphics card last night and now all my normal windows features are back
