Solved No network conections available?

I have a friends Acer aspire 5517 . It had vista on it and airless worked great. He wanted a new is so I did a clean install of win 7. Now there are "no connections available ". Any idea why this would be and how to fix it. All other wireless devices in my home are working fine.

You will need to track down the Windows 7 WLAN drivers for the Acer 5517.

If you can get to Windows update using an Ethernet connection they will often times have specific drivers for the system.

Sometimes the drivers install automatically, other times they won't.
