Solved No network drivers after re-install of windows and new hard drive

Hi,

Recently I have tried to revive my desktop, only 2 years old, I have installed a new hard drive and reinstalled windows however, when I started up windows I am unable to connect to the internet either by ethernet or wireless. When I went on the device manager it said there are no network drivers installed. How do I fix this?

installed the top driver, responded with windows needs a digitally signed driver...
