"No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display

I have purchased Gateway ZX 4800-2 from the Best Buy.
The display item at the store was working perfectly and I was be able to use with my fingers. However, the one I have purchased has problem. On the computer properties, it says "No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display" I do not think the problem is about hardware. But windows 7 might not accept something. Can anyone help me about this problem. System has wireless mouse and keyboard and only one small received came with system where you plug to the usb slot. System has Windows 7 OS on it.
Also, at the device manager, there is something with yellow mark named TACTION. I could not find driver for this name. I dont know what kind of driver it is and I even do not know what is TACTION is.

Hi Reachist! Welcome to SevenForums! Try right-clicking on TACTION and going to properties. Then to the Details Tab and from the drop-down menu choose Hardware IDs. There'll probably be two. Post them back and I'll try and help.

TACTION Hardware ID's

Dear friend.
I really thank you for your reply.
I was about to pack this headache item and ready to ship.
I just saw your message and hold to send item back.
I hope it will work. Otherwise, I will have to ship it back from Istanbul Turkey to the USA which is really not easy for me.

No solution. I had to sold item.

Unfortunately Gateway did not help me. I am in Istanbul and they wanted me to send item to the United States.
I did complere restore couple of times, I did make updates again and agains. There was no solution. I had to sold item.
I just bought it for touch features and that is why I sold.
Unfortunately I regret shoopping Gateway item.
