No post, No beep, Fans Spinning Asus P8H61-I

I have no post, no beep (1 beep is normal) and fans spinning.
I have tried replacing the battery, clearing CMOS, switching RAM sticks, nothing worked.
I changed BIOS settings (I can't remember which) before this started happening.

If you cleared the CMOS then the BIOS was set to default.
