No Preview Avaliable

I'm using a co-workers machine while she's gone and her system says "No preview avaliable." inside the preview pane on .csv files. I just tested and it works fine with jpg's and even the same csv's preview fine on my machine, so it's just this one. The files are on a network drive but shouldn't matter as I said, work fine on another machine.

You could try rebuilding the icon cache and restoring default file type associations to see if that does the trick (however, I'd be wary of doing this to someone else's system without their consent or knowing):
