No SEND button on email page

When on any random site or page, I am often asked to send an email. If I click yes, it throws up an outlook page to type on, but there is NO send button anywhere on the page. What is up? I can do everything but SEND the mail. I do have an outlook account and use it once a day.

I could post it but it's too big and I can't make it smaller.

A screen shot takes a pic of whole screen. When outlook screen comes up press the print screen on keyboard then open paint the press paste now save it then upload here. Can use snipping tool in win 7 to do same thing.
