No sound after installing PCI wireless adapter.

Hello

Yesterday I've encountered a very strange problem, after inserting my old wireless adapter into pci slot and restarting pc I have noticed that my computer can't make any sounds anymore. What's even more weird is the fact, that everything looks completely fine (the green bar in mixer i jumping happily up and down, realtek device is selected as default and even in UEFI onboard sound card is set to ENABLED). I've tried literally everything, resetting cmos with onboard jumper and even formatting PC and installing fresh system, no luck. I'm clueless what to do now. Please help me guys
My motherboard - Asrock z87 extreme3.

Have you checked the connection to the speakers?
