hi pls help just finished a new build and can get sound from rear speakers [i'm not the only one there are many on the internet talking about the same problem] windows 7 ultimate sound configured to quadraphonic [i even tried in 5.1] realtek driver installed [even tried different realtec drivers from asus download for other boards with the same realtek chip but different revisions]. i do a speaker test with realtek and windows sound settings and get the test sound from all speakers 1 by 1 all play loud and at same volume but when i play a song i only hear the front speakers [green jack] nothing from rear [black jack] so i take the wire thats in the black jack and stick it in the green jack and the rear speakers work. the black jack has no sound from media player but excellent when testing. i even tried gom and winamp without luck. i used another hard drive and loaded xp and all is great so i believe its a windows 7 problem. does anyone have a fix besides going back to xp!!!! thanks.
