No Title Menu

I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate today and I'm not sure exactly what I did but whenever I boot up I won't get the title anymore.

I'll go from my motherboard going through it's cycle > black screen > "-----" lines > desktop.

As far as I can see , it doesn't effect my boot time nor does it effect Windows in any way. Here's the "----" I speak of:

Any ideas? It sure does make my 7 look ugly :(

Looks like it may be a "Boot Screen" issue.

I know software like TuneUp Utilities allows you to "alter" your boot-screen. I'd try setting the Default Windows 7 Boot Screen with TuneUp.

That may work...
