No "Turn off advanced text services” option for windows 7?

Is this option worded differently on 7? Because I cannot find it. I need to do this for a program.

Thanks

It looks like the feature was removed. What program are we dealing with here? I found a MS database article, but it mentions Office XP.

Dragon naturally speaking preferred 10. Their site said turn that off, if it crashes when transcribing a recording and that should work. Maybe it was XP users that reported the problem but it's come up with 7.

Turns out the article I found does NOT apply to Windows Vista or 7, and everywhere I look everyone says the exact same thing. It can not be done. I'm sorry that this could not be resolved. What version of 7 do you have? Some versions of 7 allow you to download and install XP Mode, which is a fully incensed copy of XP SP3 which can be ran from inside Windows 7. I remember reading that there is even a way to minimize the XP Mode Window, while keeping programs on the desktop, so it looks like they are running inside 7, but I have not tried it yet.

There is a capability option for XP sp3? Even so, I don't think that would help my software problem. Thank you though.

Its not the same as compatibility mode. Its a full version of Windows XP that is ran inside a virtual machine. This link should explain it well.

Unfortunately XP Mode is only for Windows 7 Pro and up, so I'm afraid your'e our of luck. To insure all advice given in the future is relevent, please change your system specs in User CP and identify which Edition of 7 you have and whether it is 32 or 64 bit. If you don't know you can go to Control Panel>System and Security>System. Or if you don't use catagory view, Control Panel > System. You will be able to find a lot of info on your computer there.

I'm sorry I could not find a resolution to your issue today. I'm sure it is an annoying problem and wish I could help further.

I think "VMWare Workstation" and "Virtual Box" do run on Windows Home Premium x64, and you could have more chance to find an answer here:
