No video after wireless card replaced.

I took out my wirless card to clean off the extra dust, when I replaced it back into my mother board I found that I no longer recive signal from my Graphic's card to my monitor. I also noticed that durring my computers normal booting up process there was no "beep" like the computer normaly gives as to loads windows 7.

So when I turn on my pc my monitor says there is no signal. My monitor is hooked up to my graphics card instead of the mother board. (I have yet to find the cord that plugs into the mother board, I've missplaced it.)

When I boot the system up the fan runs and it makes every noise it should except the beep just before loading the OS.

I touched nothing but my wirless card while removing it, and I do not recall touching my mother board at all. Though it is possible that I might have tapped the graphics card at some point, I'm not exactly sure.

Any ideas before I need to go out and start replacing parts?

There's a really good chance that a slight bump to the graphics card may have done it.
I've had it happen before where the card needed to be taken out and put back in, just to re-seat it in the slot.

I would start with that and see if it works after that. Make sure you get it back in securely, just be sure not to push so hard to crack the motherboard.

Thank you for taking the time to reply , I did try what you sugested, with hopes that it would work but unfortunally it did not. Still no signal to the monitor from the graphics card, and all is still the same. If you have any other suggestions they would be quite helpful.

If your motherboard has on-board graphics, remove the graphics card and see if you can get a signal from that instead.

As soon as I find the cord I will do exactly that. In the off chance that doesnt work, what action should I take after that?

In my opinion the best thing to do is to:
Re-seat the GPU and make sure all power connectors are attached correctly.

If that doesn't work try this:
Unplug your computer from power
Wait 1-2 minutes,
Reset BIOS/CMOS (there should be a jumper pin somewhere on the motherboard) NOTE: some motherboards require power in order to reset the BIOS using the jumper)
Try to power on your computer.

If you plug the wireless card into the wrong slot or plug it in incorrectly, your computer will not have video output. Does your computer boot properly with the wireless card removed?

Alright so an update is needed, I aquired the propper cord the one that goes into the motherboard (The blue one) And there is a couple small changes. Before I said that my computer would start up, but was lacking it's normal "beep" as it booted up.. The "Beep" is back, which had me excited until my monitor said "going to sleep" which is new compared to the previous "No Signal" All the fan's and lights are running fine, though. So the only two changes are the beep is back and the monitor says it's going to sleep vs. haveing no signal at all. I did check to make sure that everything was propperly plugged in. All the basic's I've covered again, but still no picture.. any helpful suggestions would be greatly apprichated(sp?). My fiance think's I might have fried my onboard graphics card as well as my "external" Graphics's card, but neither he nor are are sure. Again any input would be helpful.
