I've done everything I've found, including Brink's Windows Update Resets and a "Reserve Win 10" utility I found on the Microsoft site. The PC has the KB3035583 installed. I even uninstalled it, rebooted and installed it again (and rebooted).
I have other systems and no problem with the Get Win 10 icon.
The Lenovo hardware is compatible, it is an i5, with 8GB RAM and over 200Mb of hard drive free. The Windows Experience is current. It has Win 7 Home Premium SP1, Activated and "Genuine Microsoft".
Everything I find that is a requirement, it has.
