No windows 10

hi I am having a big problem with my pc. I kept getting Your pc has a problem and has to restart then cutting off windows 10 so went online and took advice of utube. I followed the advice went into command prompt and changed Sam system software security default all into default1’s as instructed then I restarted my pc only to find it had no windows 10 and that I couldn’t system restore or anything as I has no c drive.everything I tried to restore system etc failed and I have no way of getting back in without resetting windows 10 and losing all my photos etc. I can back into command prompt so do you know of any way I can restore it to the original settings so I can get windows 10 back with all my data.

Welcome to the forum. you can try getting the free iso from ms boot from that and do a repair https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
