I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 RTM Pro and I have an Intel Pro Wireless 2915ABG card installed. The drivers installed and it says the device is working properly, however I see no wireless networks. I live in a condo building so there are plenty of wireless networks around and mine is broadcasting yet nothing comes up. I can manually add one but it does not connect to it either. Wired ethernet works fine. Any ideas?

Firewall, antivirus, right click network and sharing go to wifi adapter and see what its status is.

Firewall and antivirus are both off. Sometimes I get a hardware error and if I run any wireless diagnostic tools they say there could be a driver issue. Even though it says the device is working properly I feel its a driver thing. Windows 7 did find "correct" drivers for the device when I installed it though, its not like I installed my own drivers.

I had the same problum almoust . the best way to deal with it go to hard wear and dvice manager . 2 and go to the network adapter .if you doubl clik in it you will see the ethern and the wirless cards , try to unstill both drives . both drivers the eathrn and the wirless , and then go up the adapater and scan for hard wear , and it will work .

because your driver is not comuncate with ur oprating system even tho dvices working good .

if that did not work , try to disable both drives and the renstill the wirless drive first and then eathrn drive after .

if that did not help mabye you have to unstill and reinstill all newt works and vedio and adios also the vedio card control some time has to do with it .

good luck
