NO WLAN drivers 7 ultimate on 7010

Hi,
I have a DELL N7010 inspiron which is fine with the OEM ver of win7 home pre.
But when i installed ultimate 64bit the WLAN drivers dont do anything , I have no WLAN detects h/w but no driver.

tried installing drivers from dell but still nothing,

any ideas

Are downloading the right driver for the card that is fitted.

Yep I found the correct driver after trying every one I could find.
In the end I booted 64bit Home prem and looked at the h/w details for the exact driver info.

Glad i did a dual boot install and didn't overwrite the original.
Still surprised the dell drivers are not in win7 ultimate. I really hate how dell wont send oem disc.

But now have it working fine and it feels a lot faster than prem. Probably because no DELL bloatware apps on it. :sarc:

With outlook & word 2010, avast net sec & firefox running, only 59processes.
Cold boot on DELL build - nothing loaded and 79processes are running!!
