No WMC

I have Windows 7 Home Premium Version. I am fairly certain that this version comes with Windows Media Center. However I absolutely can not find it. It isn't listed under All Programs and searching for it returns no results. I really don't have a clue what's going on. Perhaps someone here can help? Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums!
Try typing "Turn windows features" into the start box, and selecting Turn Windows features on or off. Then find the Media Center box. See below.
