Solved Noise when touching laptop keyboard or bezel

Shuffling paper, scratching bezel or touching keys on laptop keyboard creates magnified noise some of which is very high pitch, heard through the speakers, but inserting ear piece jack kills the sound which is not heard through the ear piece or when the earpiece jack is inserted. Unplugging laptop has no effect.

sounds like a grounding issue if it does it when your just touching it. does it happen if you put say a non conductive thing on it? My old tablet had that and when you held the bezel with only one hand the digitizer would not calibrate properly, same concept.

I appreciate your replies. In the meantime I had reinstalled an old image which cured the problem. If it recurs I will try the superb suggestions and repost.

must have been drivers then odd how it would put up those symptoms.
