So ive just built my new PC

-AMD FX8350
-MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
-ASUS GTX 750ti
-WD BLUE 1TB HDD
Cooler Master 500w standard PSU (5 months old)

So this is super weird and I doubt anyone has as much of an idea as me but I can hear a very, very low volume almost grinding sound, and It sounds like an older HDD would. so I assumed that I got a faulty HDD from Amazon and ran a full HDD Check with HDDTune and found NO reallocated sectors and my HDD was fine in every possible way, and I think the noise is coming from my PSU. I found that I can get this noise to stop when I start to use my HDD, for example loading up chrome which takes like 1 second and when it stops loading from the hdd the noise starts again. does anyone have any ideas on what this noise is? I'm pretty sure it's the PSU:huh:
