non-commercial on taskbar

How do I remove the "Microsoft Word non-commercial" tab that appeared on the task bar? Obviously I did something wrong. I can not close it down.

I beleive that you have the trial version of office and that it has expired. If I remember correctly when I got the trial version of 2010 it did the same thing for me, until I purchased the software.
