Ok, so I was trying to figure out how to set up a Minecraft server. Tried some things... downloaded this program Bukkit (seemed safe?). Some minutes after using it my computer slows down, and ALT+CTRL+DEL stopped working.

I'm restarting my computer, and after Windows 7 loads the first 30 seconds or so my cursor is heavily lagging, but after that it moves just fine. However, I can do nothing. Cursor can't interact with task bar, and keyboard commands don't do anything.

When starting up in safe mode, my computer works just fine. Deleted the Bukkit file, but didn't seem to help. Tried MSConfig and disabled a few things that I didn't really recognize, but doesn't help. Tried loading up the last working configuration settings, and doesn't help either.

How can I get my computer to work in normal mode again?

Start with malware. Boot into safe mode with networking, download malware bytes and run it.

If nothing is found it may be a configuration issue. If you have the win 7 dvd you can do a repair install

Thanks.

I'm already virus scanning, and running Malwarebytes now as well.
I'll let you know what happens when it's finished.
