Hey, I have Sapphire 4890 on my system. When idle, it's temp. is about 55C, when playing games, COD MW2 etc., it gets over 60C. Is it normal temperature? I just wonder, cause CPU and HDD temps are just about 35C ;D

Yep Normal. You can probably lower it with aftermarket heatsinks, quieter and lower temps.

you should start worrying if you load temps start to approach 90c.

mate, have you used/tested some aftermarket GPU heatsinks? can you recommend some?

am planning to add heatsink to my GPU, to make it run more cooler than that normal..
