Well I can't open or run anything, how do I run an sfc or scan now

Welcome to the forums!

Have you tried running a sfc/scannow to find and possibly repair corrupted system files? We have many fine tutorials here, written by some VERY knowledgeable people.

This is one : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

You're in fine hands with Brink, listen to whatever he says and you'll be fine.

Well I can't open or run anything, how do I run an sfc or scan now, I have no clue

Work through the same steps as for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start to disinfect in Safe or Boot modes, check for System File damage.

Report back results including the MBAM results if possible, or write down the infections found by Windows Defender if run from boot scan, SFC results.

Sounds like malware to me.

That's the first thing that came to my mind. I would also try booting in safe mode and try. If it works, I would reboot into Safe Mode+networking and download MBAM and run a full scan.

Anything that claims to be a driver scanner is either malware or just plain rubbish!

Likely spyware rolled into the installer download. After Malwarebytes, install SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloads, update and run a full scan. Then replace your AV with Microsoft Security Essentials and run a full scan with it.

Once it's clean run SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot to repair any damaged System files, try starting Win7, or if necessary boot into installer again to run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times.

If it still won't start continue with the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start . If it starts and shows any problems go over the install with Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

:(

I've gone through multiple scans to try and rid my computer of malicious software but I still can't seem to make my computer work right! Anyone have any suggestions, also someone tell me how to run an Sfc scannow

Keep running MSE, Malwarebytes and SAS until they report no infection. If one persists post it back in our Security forum for specialized help.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command, repeatedly if necessary, report back results.

Often serious infection cannot every be cleaned up and requires you rescue your files to be scanned repeatedly before reimportation, then booting installer to do a Custom install, deleting all partitions during Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7.

Other tips for getting a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If you have the original factory preinstall larded with bloatware then I'd be doing that already.
