Not able to play splinter cell 1 and Pandora tomorrow

Hi, I have a Windows 7 ultimate, 32 bit pc, I bought splinter cell game CDs and I'm not able to run them on my computer. So I need help please.

Second, where did you get your Windows 7 copy?

Third, Have you tried compatibility mode?

Thank you for your kind reply. I have a genuine windows 7 ultimate version, the pirated ones have a text message in the right bottom corner saying " This version of Windows is not genuine".
I have tried compatibility mode too, but no luck. Moreover, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory works on my PC.
