Not all messages are visible in Live Mail 2012

Hello everyone,

I have a problem, weird problem, and need some advice.
Yesterday I received couple of mails, but it turned out that one of them somehow dissapeared. I saw him, read, and then....gone. I couldn't find it anywhere, even with using search button, so I logged in on the mail through the browser and.. the mail was there. The same happens with some sent messages - some of them go directly to the sent elements and some of them dissappear inbetween and are not visible there.

Any clue what may cause that?
If this changes anything, I have 'store copy of messages on server' ticked.

store copy of messages on server or leave copy of messages on server?
If it is leave
look below it and see if anything else is checked like - remove from server after reading or remove after 1 day, etc
if so uncheck it
close wlm and see if this fixes it

Leaving a copy on the server only means you can retrieve the same message on another device, like a smart phone or another computer that is running a mail program

If this does not work you can do a repair on WLM
go into Program and features
Highlight Windows Live Essentials and click it
It will give you options to uninstall or repair
You click repair and follow what it says
