Solved not all notification come up on login

when I turn my netbook on and login to my account in the notification area of the taskbar not all of the icons will be there then I have to log out then log back in and then the icons are all there. is there a way to fix it.

Do they eventually show up if you wait a while instead of logging out and logging back in?

I wait like 20 sec and the taskbar is frozen and it just started happening yesterday
