Not f_____g again?!

Earlier this year I started recieving DVD's from DMC (Disney Movie Club). I never signed up for this and never ordered any DVD's. The only thought I had is that they got my name from when I signed up for Comcast cable/internet service. There are no kids even in my house that would watch them.

I've been nice and sent the DVD's back in the same package with "RTS" (return to sender) written on it. I also sent a couple bills back (yes I'm being charged, but I never gave them my credit card info).

I just got another bill from them today, and no you can't just cancel, because you can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they keep trying to sell you more stuff. Look it up, it's online.

So from now on, everything from them goes in the trash. If they ask, "I don't know what you're talking about, I never signed up".

Sorry, had to vent...
I feel better.

We all have been down that dirt road before and I usually send them a NOTE, on bright colored paper, telling them I don't want their crap. Usually they send letters in a self addressed, postage paid envelope which I stuff their shredded bill and my note in back to them.
When calling ask for their supervisor and let them have it. Always talk to someone with authority!
