"Not Responding" errors

Hello, I've been having a problem with programs randomly "(Not Responding)", I clean installed windows and now I'm getting random shut downs and blue screens. When playing games such as League of Legends, it will occasionally freeze for anywhere from 3-15 seconds and sometimes audio gets delayed/stutters. I tried restoring my PC to factory condition twice, and tried to re-install windows. I have no idea what the problem is, also sick of people wanting me to burn tons of stuff to CD's to see whats wrong with it when they have no idea what the problem is.

Also please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"
