Solved not sure

Hi guys, im not sure whether or not this is a windows 7 error, but, i was doing what i normally did, and all asudden, my computer completly freezes, and i shut it down buy turning it off by the power button, and when i turn it back on it gives me an error from HP, 03F, and nothing can detect my hard drive (Ubuntu 10.0.1 LTS Live CD, Win7 Ultimate x86)

I'd REALLY APPRECIATE HELP!,

Sounds like the hard drive failed all of a sudden. I would try reseating the hard drive before calling it a bust.. If you have a desktop, unplug it, then disconnect both cables from the hard drive, then reconnecting them. If its a laptop unplug the power cable and battery, then take out the hard drive and put it back in.
