Notepad minimizable to system tray?

Does anyone know a program that is basically like a simple notepad, you type into it and then you can minimize it into your tray?

Sadly I don't know of one, use a similar app on my android phone but can't find one for an actual computer.

I want one that can be instantly opened that's on the system tray without having to be saved, it's very convenient.

Pin It!

If that is what you are after, pin it to the task bar or put it in the tray. Right click and select start menu or task bar. (right click on the *.exe file)

Good enough, but I was looking for something with a simpler UI, like an actual yellow notepad, no buttons or anything you just type and close.

You can use any little editor you want with this utility. Hold down Shift when you minimize, and it minimizes just about any window to the tray. It's free. I've been using it for quite awhile:
