Hi all.
I have been trying for hours now to search for a way to turn off my auto backups, because it doesn't actually make a backup and interrupts everything I do while it runs which is anytime the computer is on. I have read and attempted to follow all the instructions that I have seen in several post on this forum and others. The main problem I'm having is that when the instructions say to click on "change settings" or anything else I get sent to the window displayed in the attached pic file.

Is there anyone who can tell me what to do about this please?

I would try rebooting into safe mode and see if you can get it to turn off doing it that way. If not post back and we can take it from there.
