Notifications only firewall

I'm looking for a Windows 7 compatible software firewall that has a notification only mode or something that could serve that purpose. We have windows firewall disabled for a number of reasons, but what I would like is to see notifications (without actually blocking) of incoming remote connections made to a machine. Anyone know of something that would work? Thanks!

You could try running any network trace software (not really a firewall), so that every connection gets logged. Further filtering by target IP address to your local IP will get all incoming connections only.
