Hi Rothmclear and welcome

These crashes were caused by memory corruption. In order to test your memory I suggest you download a third party application called memtestx86, and burn it to cd. Then you should boot from it and run it for at least 5 passes.

Any memory errors will be obvious.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this

Looking through your driver, I don't see anything that can cause your BSOD.
Please try to update these drivers, if BSODs still pursue you, we will try Driver Verifier
Here are out of date drivers:
Code:
AODDriver AODDriver.sys Mon Oct 13 11:38:55 2008 (48F2D0DF) [COLOR=Blue]AMD Overdrive; also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboard

Another one:
Code:
VMNetSrv VMNetSrv.sys Wed Jan 24 19:05:46 2007 (45B74B9A) [COLOR=Blue]Microsoft Virtual Machine Network Services Driver
[/COLOR]
Microsoft Download Center

Will see how it goes
