Exception code: 0xc0000374 indicates heap corruption.
There's not much info available for troubleshooting Terramodel.

Does your system meet the specification listed here (about ½ way down the page): http://trl.trimble.com/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-494335/Trimble%20Terramodel.pdf#xml=http://tknbe.trimble.com:8080/pdf?id=eefe77029c&pg=0&iphl=terramodel

This article addresses checking the heap by enabling heap checking (Ctrl-h): http://trl.trimble.com/docushare/ds...=heaps:terramodel:corruptions:heap:corruption

Since heap issues seem to be common, I'd suggest 2 things:
- uninstall the program and then install a freshly downloaded copy.
- Kill off all open windows and all running programs (to include the system tray) before starting the program.

If it still keeps on crashing, let us know and I'll dig into it a bit more (heap corruptions are addressed in Advanced Windows Debugging by Hewardt and Pravat)

Its a fresh install of Windows. I'm going to just do a complete format tomorrow and see if it helps.

This article addresses checking the heap by enabling heap checking (Ctrl-h): http://trl.trimble.com/docushare/dsw...eap:corruption

isn't for Terramodel.

I had this working before the format. So they laptop meets the requirements.

Thanks

So I narrowed it down to my office install? Why would that be changing the dll on me.

Dunno. Try uninstalling Office (make sure that you have a record of your product key first). Then see if that fixes it. If it does, then reinstall Office.

If the error recurs, then you can presume it's not Office's fault - and that leaves the problem in Terramodel's lap.
