ntdll.dll playing sevencore

I'm having crashes with this certain game, but not with the other games, iv'e already updated all my drivers and updated windows, and did sfc/scannow, chckdsk with no other errors found, what i find weird is there are times it seems to work but most of the time it doesn't.

anyways i got the game from sevencore asia, and its already on its open beta, been reporting this to their tech team, and suggested to have my laptop reformatted(will be doing this as my last resort since its only happening on this game and my laptop is new just bought it 9 mos ago) , i was just wondering if it really is my laptop's problem or the game itself, here is their minimum requirement for their game
