Ntfs Event 137

I get this every time I boot or do a restart and that is the only time I get it. I've tried Google but it doesn't help much so I thought I'd try here for some help on this problem. Computer is running good as far as I can tell.

Exactly how does this appear? does the PC boot up?

The PC boots up and runs great but apparently something is not starting up according to the viewer.

Hello again, I can't find much on this error either
Give this ARTICLE from Microsoft a look and see if it has any sort of help.

Here is somehting els to try SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

I've done the system file check and I'm not using a Raid configuration. It's sort of got me baffled.

Squid13 if this error is only showing in your event viewer and your system runs without crashing, it may be fine. My own events viewer has many warnings that this or that failed to start or stopped working and my system hums along just fine.
Try starting a new thread in Crashes and Debugging and see if someone there has better help for you. You are not experiencing BSOD's but there is help for other errors too.
I'm stumped.
