Well its been a couple of weeks since the last BSOD so I am going to mark this is solved.
I repeated the mem test and when I tested them all together everything passed. So I followed the suggestion of testing one stick at a time,
The first stick in the first slot passed. So I tried the first stick in the second slot. It failed. So just in case i had damaged the memory somehow i repeated the first stick in the first slot this time it failed.
I tried the other sticks one at a time and they all passed in each slot
Conclusion For some reason I had one stick of memory that was on its way out.
Obviously I have left this out and am now running on 6GB instead of 8GB and have had no crashes since.
So thankyou to everyone that has helped and I hope that this info can somehow help someone else.
