Hello,

Just had second BSOD in two weeks. Never had anything like that before (I work on my laptop for three years now).

BlueScreenView suggests ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 driver problem.

Please find attached the SF tool output.

Please help.

Hello guys,. please some help.

For 3 weeks now I've been getting BSOD always with the same "system_service_exception 3b" error code.
Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times the Intel(R) Graphics Media accelerator HD Driver. and updated it to any other.. No matter what.. after a few hours It crashed again. Same BSOD and error code.
I am attaching the first dump file I have, because I've just learnt how to set that feature.

I see It says the cause of the crash is: ntoskrnl.exe and ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0.
