Ntoskrnl.exe And tcpip.sys

Hey im new to the forums, and I have been receiving Bsod's at most usually start-up and Just after getting onto my desktop. These are the last lew bsods i have got, today i have had about 6. The program im using is Who crashed. I have tried NOTHING to fix this so please consider me a noob when needing sending your help.
