ntoskrnl.exe BSOD unable to find issue need help

Have been getting BSOD few times a week since replacing old motherboard with the ASUS. I did a complete wipe an reinstall of OS. Have also run memtest, an Windows Diagnostic on Ram tests came back with no issues. Tested all 3 hard drives for issues all tested with no issues. Updated mother board BIOS and SSD firmware. If anyone can help point out where issue is that would be a great help.

Disable driver verifier. It will not help you. Apparently your overclocking is causing the issue.

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.
