This one is obvious. Your video driver. You need to remove all traces of the current driver and then download and install a frash copy.

Thanks for the quick answer. I'm not really good at this kind of stuff. Which driver is my video driver and how do I uninstall it. Also, do I just run Windows Update once it is uninstalled to get a fresh install or do I go to a download site?

I could tell you if I knew what hardware you have (fill in system specs). You can also type dxdiag in search. Much good information there.

So you had a bsod, we told you what caused it. told you you needed to update your driver. Asked you to fill in your system specs (not yet done).

for you graphics (which you now have info from dxdig) you need to go to the mfr of the graphics card. find and download the driver. double click the driver to install.

Have you had another BSOD?
