I am an intern in an IT Department, and one of our employees is having a problem that consists of trying to open Nuance PDF Converter, but it does not work.
After further investigation, I noticed that when I open the software, the process runs for a fraction of a second (Task Manager -> Processes) and then exits on its own. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, and downgrading it, thinking that maybe the new update is causing trouble, but the problem persisted. I need help ASAP as the software is critical for the work of our employees.
