YesYou need to memtest for at least 8 Passes for each stick ... Have you done that ??
/edit: I should have stated this in the last post. The main reason I think it could be related to my RAM is because on my motherboard there is a red led named [DRAM_LED]. After some of the crashes this light will switch on (sometimes it will blink) and my computer won't boot until it turns off.

This is taken from your motherboard Manual... i guess you do have a problem with incompatible RAM or if the DIMMS are not properly installed ... Follow whats mentioned here first before we continue with DV.
