nvidia 185.85 problem in win7

i have problem with driver 185.85 nvidia of my graphic card is 8600GT 512mb .. the problem is:
whenever I switch off the monitor and turn it back to last 2 minutes or
more gives me a BSOD error and the error that comes out that uses a dll
nvidia drivers have problems and automatically sends me to restart the
pc .... every time give me that problem :cry: :confused:
there any way to fix this problem??? .... My
version of Windows 7 Rc 7100 and my monitor is LG 32LG30R, Mainboard ecs nforce4m-a, Amd x2 5600+, 8GB Ram ddr2 800mhz, nvidia 8600GT 512MB, Hard drive 500gb sata samsung, dvd-ram lg super multi 16x.

Have you tried moving back down to another version of the driver, say 185.50?

I had some problems myself, though mainly general slowdown. Just went to device manager and said to roll back to prior -- the 181.72 which are the last available directly via MS/Windows Update.

They seem faster and without issues for me at least.
